Firstly, our bikes are designed and built right here in the UK. We don't buy factory frames and put stickers on them. Each frame is developed by us and rigorously tested by people who are good with numbers and know how to ride. We make sure our bikes have a comfortable riding position, sharp handling, thoroughly decent component sets and frame geometry that would impress the likes of Leonardo da Vinci. Instead of taking shortcuts, we do things the slow way and make brilliant bikes that have integrity and good looks to match.
HAND BUILT TO ORDER
Most companies stick your bike in a box and take your money. The reason we don't send our bikes out the next day is that each one is assembled to order to your exact specifications. We double-check every nut and bolt, make sure the chain is tensioned properly, the tyres are inflated, the gears are tested and the brakes are fitted in the correct position. This isn't any old bike; this is your bike, and we want to make sure it's as damn close to perfection as possible when it arrives at your door. It's a slightly longer process, but is worth the wait.
WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK
We accept a variety of payment types including credit card, debit card and PayPal- and we even offer monthly finance options to spread the cost. The payment process is completely secure, and our bikes are insured with the quality couriers we use, so you are covered right up to the moment you inspect your delivery. When your order arrives, the only thing you need to do is add the finishing assembly and ride off happy. Don't worry, our bikes are 99% assembled when we ship them and anyone can put them together (even if you failed every exam at school).

We are only a phone call or email away from helping you out. As a small team, you can phone us up without having to listen to cheesy pop songs or speaking to a robot voice. You can call us by our first names (or nicknames), ask us pretty much any bike-related question, and get through to exactly the right person to sort out any issues or queries.
WARRANTY
The Mango Bikes badge on your bike is more than just a sweet piece of design. It's our way of signing our work and putting our name to what we do. All our bike frames and forks come with a three-year warranty and we also offer a warranty on components (read more here).
